How can I contact 343i about a problem?

I’ve been having gamertag troubles for about a week now. Playing games and contacting Xbox support isn’t going to fix this problem. Halo: Reach is still getting my old gamertag mixed up with some other kids gamertag. I can’t view my challenges, medals, recent games, etc., because they take me to the other person’s gamertag.

It said player not found. If I play multiplayer a game it will update my gamertag for about 2 minutes then go back to being glitched. You actually posted that right when I finished a game.
