Just finished a chat with an Xbox employee and they told me to contact 343I about my warzone req bundle they gave me a case number for it.

I hate to break it to you but he’s right. 343 seems to not care about it’s community, I have tried talking to them discussing some unfair bans I’m getting and they ignore me, you’re best bet it to go back and talk to Microsoft and tell them you can’t reach them because they have no contact info. I’m sorry you’re dealing with this and 343’s lack of customer service
why im in been banned on halo reach I want to know this is very wrong I have a 3 month gold and Im banned for 2 weeks hell no un banned me I did nothing wrong my six year old son crying his eyes out because that crap its didn’t start doing it until around 1-2 in the morning I spend I was going to spend a lot of money puchasesing all the add owns for all halo pluse my profile been hack into before micrsoft was confirmed about that they help me changed my password so pleas fix yall side and unbanned me yall cant do this to my son for no reason it had to be a hacker of something my profile is ClassifiedFile9 if yall don’t I will get to the bottom of this u.s.a. approved

As above, please don’t hijack another user’s thread. You should instead start your if your issue is not releasted to the OP.
To help you out though, there is a contact form on the Halo WC website. Scroll to the bottom and click contact the organiser, a little form will pop up. Hopefully filling that out someone should get back to you

My wife Jessica and myself have played all the Halo games on split screen on the Legendary Difficulty several times. Except for halo 5 guardians. The reason we have not played the said game is because you do not offer split screen coop. This pissed me off! I am sitting here like “What The -Yoink-” you just took away a huge social aspect of this game! There was a time where I can remember having fun playing games with my friends on the same screen and life was good, so I bonded with my wife over some extremely hard Halo campaigns many times! So what the -Yoink- were you thinking just taking that away from people!?!!
