Guys you can’t join the 343i team by phone, although you can join microsoft and they will help you out, if you need to email them you can join them once again by email via microsoft and they will foward your email to them.

I would like to thank 343 for destroying halo. You should have tested the game before release. Wtf is the point of waiting in a lobby for 30+ min for a game? We all paid good money to be let down big time. Fix the -Yoinking!- game already. Why would anyone buy halo 5 if you release this piece of -Yoink-. Give the rights back to the producer. Stop messing with 5 and please fix mcc. If the beta to 5 runs better than mcc I will not buy it. You are destroying halo and it’s not cool!!!

Hello 343 if you every contact me I hope you do now the problem is that I cant get achievements for halo wars halo 3 halo 3 oust and halo reach because someone hacked me and when they hacked me they hacked the achievements and then it got all token away from me and now I can’t get achievements for those games I told Xbox and they said the to come hear to tell you guys at 343

There’s a QR code on the inside of the disc case. You have to scan it in the games/apps section for the Halo player to work. I had the same issue until someone clued me in!
Unfortunately I do not believe they have an open phone number or email like Bunjie did, probably because that would open them up to the public ridicule that they deserve and rightly have coming to them. I am in que for Microsoft Chat right now and am hoping that the person I get ahold of will forward my hatred right to their inbox. I thoroughly cannot believe they are opening up the Halo 5 beta and still have not fixed their previous game- unbelievable! One month of Xbox Gold, Halo ODST and some tacky nameplates that thousands of people are going to have, making it not unique at all?! Hell no! This isn’t even close to fixing what you screwed up! This isn’t even close to restoring the faith you burned to the ground of those who waited out in the midnight snow for this piece of crap that you knowingly boxed and fed to us. This is too much. You fooled us once with Halo 4, and fooled us twice with Halo the Master Chief Collection… I for one am not about to be made fool of a third time. You have gone too far with this, and crossed the line of no turning back. Think of it this way- If a restaurant serves you a crappy meal and gives you crappy service, and doesn’t even have a way to tell them how displeased you are because they have their heads so far up their own -Yoinks!- would you go there again? No one would, no one would care to give them a second chance, because they aren’t worth it. No, you’d boycott that restaurant and tell everyone just how bad that place is. Other than one being a restaurant, and one being a gaming company, what’s the difference? Nothing. Both knowingly gave us total crap for something we paid fair money for, both have no means of telling of how angry we are, both have their heads up their own -Yoinks!-, and both deserve to be punished. Continuing my restaurant analogy, its like the waiter finally comes to your table after an hour, asks how you’re doing, and notices, as if for the first time (which you know him to be lying through his teeth considering he SERVED it to you) that there’s a giant piece of horse -Yoink- on your food. “Oh, sir, I am so terribly (not) sorry. Here, I’ll make it up to you by taking $0.30 off of your $15.00 bill and serving you an order of mystery fries to go along with that piece of horse -Yoink- burger that I can tell you no longer want. Is that a deal?” No, its not a deal, because this doesn’t make up for the horse -Yoink- you knowingly forced down my throat, and I have no promise that the fries won’t arrive with horse -Yoink- on them! Not to mention, I no longer want anything to do with this horse -Yoink- food anyways, let alone something to compliment it. This kind of mistake would be the only one needed to keep anyone from ever coming back to this restaurant, and this is the service from Halo 4! Now look at the Master Chief Collection, where there isn’t even a burger under neath all that -Yoink-, it’s just -Yoink-! The service is literally pulling down its pants in front of you and crapping onto your plate! I am so through 343, and I recommend others the same. How do we make this restaurant better? We boycott it and make it improve, make it so desperate for us that it does what we want, not what they want. We are the ones keeping them in business, and we are the ones they need, not the other way around.

I just want to contact 343i to ask if they could do something to the Halo 5 beta to make it available to everyone that doesn’t have the MCC… Just the game alone was a disaster with all the bugs that can’t be fixed. That game was not worth no $60 out of my pocket if I cant enjoy playing without it messing up every 5 minutes. Atleast to make it up to the fans that weren’t pleased with their “game” if they really want to promote Halo 5 they should just make it available to everyone without using the MCC. I still really love to play Halo but with how 343i has been it makes me not want to play Halo anymore. And if they keep this up they are soon to lose the whole communities respect and money. But I don’t want Halo to fail which is why this whole thing is frustrating. I hope that 343 will not make the same mistake and learn like they said they would.

343, before Halo:MCC was released, you said that we can transfer H3 and H4 maps to Halo:MCC. Although on a later confrence, you said we will be able to. But now that the game released, we aren’t able to do it. When I found this out, personaliy, I was disapointed. And now, and I just thought of this, maybe you can make an update were you can jump on your Xbox 360 and a option could say on H3 and H4 say “Transfer File To Xbox One”, then when you select it, It could take a good minute to move it to Halo:MCC. Then after that, a option on Halo:MCC could say “Retrive Latest File Transfer”. This would really be an amazing feature and bring your good memorys back without you take your time to rebuild it. If you add this feature to Halo:MCC, Halo 3, and Halo 4, this would be amazing and I couldn’t thank you enough.
