The constructive criticism that the community is providing for halo 5 and the franchise in general is a great thing and has seriously helped the quality of the game/community! While halo 5 is pretty good in comparison with the other games, it surely does have its flaws that cannot be overlooked. However, it had many more at launch that have been fixed thanks to the criticism given!
When I started to use the halo waypoint forums, I admittedly was pretty naïve to what was constructive criticism and what was simply hate, and I was angered by pretty much all of it, but I have since realized, through a combination of providing criticism and seeing how it enhanced the halo experience, that most of the criticism provided on these forums is extremely helpful to the community and the overall game quality!
The purpose of this thread is to encourage constructive criticism with the following reasons, all given from a person who at one point tried to ignore this games flaws and never understood the amount of criticism given on these forums, but has come to understand how this criticism helps the game and community!
.Constructive criticism shows the developers what we as a community want and feel the game needs to be successful
.Constructive criticism shows the developers that we are willing to work with them to iron out any issues that the game has
.Constructive criticism makes the community work together to solve a common issue
.While halo 5 is relatively good, it definitely has its flaws that need to be fixed if it is to ever truly be considered a success, and we can fix these problems as a community!
(Side note: typing constructive criticism this many times is a bit maddening)
