The past 3 night me and my 5 buddies keep getting randomly disconnected every couple rounds. It will randomly kick 1 or 2 of us from the fire team and back to the menu with cannot connect to dedicated server. No issues with other games. All on series x. All open nat.
Yeah this has been flagged as a known issue and is supposed to now be resolved. It was flagged on the Xbox Support site that specifically Halo 5 matchmaking was having major issues. Then it was working again last night if solo queuing but not as a fireteam.
Its reported that it should be working as of time of writing this now, however I haven’t hopped on yet today to verify it with some friends.
However, we did notice marked improvement late last night around 1am EDT and we were able to finally matchmake together consistently for a few games in a row.
