Constantly Getting Kicked Out of Matchmaking

I am trying to play matchmaking with 3 other friends on the same local network. We are able to play one game and every other game we try to join in matchmaking we just get returned to the lobby. No errors nothing. Restarting the Xbox is able to get us into a game but after that one game we experience the issue of getting kicked while searching.

-We all have active live subscriptions except for one who is a guest
-We keep receiving an “error” that is saying multiplayer is blocked due to family settings etc (we have checked all accounts. NOTHING is blocked or restricted)
-All content/family restrictions are off
-Matchmaking was working when it was just our two players

What do? This is ridiculous.

I am not having the family setting issues but I AM having the problem with it just working with two players. Even with 2 players it would lag me out though. Hell, Even with just me in the lobby I would lag out.

I would suggest for both of you to hard rest your xboxs and routers and see if that resolves your issues. Restarting your modems may more may not also help.
