What platform are you using to play the game? Also, do you typically have issues with lag in addition to the disconnects, or do they seem arbitrary?
I am having the same issue. 10 to 15 minutes in the game freezes and crashes. I haven’t had any issues playing it till today. Crashed from multiplayer, Campaign and VS AI. My PC is way more than enough to play this game. I have been playing just fine until today.
The problem is that the cross platform matchmaking has some problem. When I play with my xbox one I have no problems at all, while when I try using my pc ( which is connected of course to the same internet connection ) it crashes in 30 seconds or 12-13 minutes.
You should try to play with some friend who is using pc. I think it would work with only pc games.
