Ever since the last update my game has been constantly crashing. Crashing when pushing start when the game loads, crashing when loading the daily message, crashing when loading into new multiplayer games, crashing in the middle of multiplayer games. Each time it crashes to the dashboard. I’ve only seen an error message once, related to profile sync error. I’ve deleted and redownloaded this once already. I’ve searched and can’t seem to find anyone with the same problem I have. Anybody willing to give me some support?

Try looking on Microsoft’s Xbox website forums. This is probably a matter of your XB1 not having enough resources to run the game. If we could find a way to access the win8 XB1 task manager we could resolve this

Another issue is someone could have broken into your account. I recommend phoning MS and getting a new password for your account
