I just re-installed this game yesterday and can’t even load into a match without crashing. I’m on steam and have tried everything to try and get this game to run properly. My game will either crash in the main menu or crash within the first 30 seconds of loading into a game. My PC has decent specs so I should be able to run this game no problem, but at this point I am just lost as to what is happening. I have tried everything from doing clean driver installs, changing settings in game as well as steam settings, changing settings within windows, and have even tried changing settings in the game properties but still no luck. I’ve been watching youtube videos for the past few hours on a fix for this game, but nothing has come up so far. If anyone is able to help me out it would be greatly appreciated.

343 did the first QOL update for the PC version today. It’s the 1st PC only update I’ve seen in about a year. Must’ve been a lot of people reinstalling on PC, leading to a huge uptick in crash reports.
I suppose they forgot their outsourced PC build is still very unstable compared to the Series X build.
Some of yall on PC have like $3000 rigs and can’t run the game without crashing. Your best bet is to play on low settings and hope for the best. Fixes will continue to come at a snails pace.
I’m not sure what’s causing this, you shouldn’t really have any issues running the game with your specs.
Are the crashes only on multiplayer or campaign as well?
bad patch, game froze on first two launches, third it worked.
When I was having constant crashing problems the first couple of months of the game’s release, I found reinstalling the GPU drivers to help significantly.
I’m playing on low settings and I have even turned many of the video settings off and it hasn’t changed a thing for me.

It’s been multiplayer only, I’m not paying $60 for half a game that doesn’t even run properly.
At best I’ll be able to play like 2 or 3 matches before my game will crash.
I am having the same exact issue, and I submitted a support ticket. I am praying this will be fixed in time for Winter Update. Yesterday I was not able to do anything in the game at all and it always crashed between 3 and 10 minutes into launching the game. The faster I loaded into something (training mode, weapon drills, campaign, multiplayer etc.) the faster the game crashed, but just as you said it will eventually crash even if just left alone at the main menu.
Today I was encouraged because I was able to launch the game and play 30 min+ on weapon drills with zero issues. However, it crashed 15 seconds into starting a training mode session. Like you, I have tried everything to fix this and even spent a few hours with a Microsoft “expert” troubleshooting, including the use of PowerShell commands and reinstalling the game.
