Recently whenever I’ve been playing a game I get random blackscreens where I just get stuck looking at the scoreboard. The game is still going on in the background and my party chat still works so it’s just happening to me.
Sometimes it only happens once a game, but other times it happens every 30 seconds. It happens mostly in Halo 4, but also in the other games.
I don’t know what causes it. If it was my connection then wouldn’t the party chat stop working also? And when it’s not happening the game plays fine.
I have the exact same issue just more in depth. For me, I can’t even play because in each playlist within 10-20 seconds of the game being started i get blackscreened and its only me that it happens to and then mine will continue this every 10 seconds or so throughout the entire game. I thought i was the only one up until now. I’ve done literally every troubleshooting tip on microsoft support page and still no fix. It randomly stopped doing it for about a week then it started right back up again. 343i hasn’t gotten in touch with me and no one has even posted on my thread i created, in fact a “mod” on the forum actually “warned” me to not bump my thread which i don;t understand so unfortunately man 343i or pretty much anyone on here won’t help you, i still haven’t found a fix so if you find something please be kind enough to pass it along here, i haven’t been able to play in about 2 months because of this issue.
