My Xbox is constantly losing connection after at least every 4 or 5 arena games resulting in me being banned even though it’s not my fault, how can this be sorted out?
By the way I don’t even know why I’m being showed as my old Xbox game tag and I’m a spartan rank 78 so don’t know why it’s showing me as recruit either, would also like help on how to get my real details
It’s showing you as a recruit because of your forum posts. Ranks on Halo 5 are different from forum ranks. You have to log on with your main account (the one you use for halo 5) to see your stats and stuff here. (Same way you log in with a Microsoft account)
