Hello everyone,
I encounter a strange issue with the build.
As I was playing some weapon drills, after 2-3 rounds with different weapons I pressed back to return to main menu.
I went to a different room and heard the Xbox shutdown sound. As i came back to check I found that the console has completely shut down.
Has anyone experienced anything similar? Can we guess if this was a issue with the flight client or something else?
Hmm. Interesting, I haven’t had any issues like this before. I’ve actually left infinite running in the background a lot specially when I’m waiting for the next time the servers are up. And had no random shutdowns so far and I’m playing on a Xbox One S
The flight probably just crashed and hard crashed your console too.
Happened to me last night after finishing a match of multiplayer. Had the black screen with the loading circle, console just froze completely til it powered off.
Submit a bug report if it’s not on the known issues list 
Same for me…pixel/green screen and series x shut down…a couple of times…weapon drills and training mode when i try tocome back to main menu.
I am on series x, didn’t have shutdown issues in flight1 or flight2. I notice things go weird when the matchmaking finishes at 10pm UK time, I had to restart the game in flight 2. I must admit flight2 is much more stable than flight1 in my experience. Looking forward to the final game in December 2021 and hoping we might flight 3 in 15th Nov to celebrate 20th Halo anniversary, hoping to play bit of campaign/1 mission.
I may have just experienced a similar issue. I was playing training mode tonight in Infinite and was finishing up. I backed out to the start screen and my screen turned orange and green, pixelated and scrambled looking, then my Xbox Series X shut down but controller seemed to remain on. I waited 10 seconds or so and turned the console back on using the button on the console. It appeared to be working and I shut it back down. I’ll monitor it as I play the flight this weekend. My console is in the horizontal position but clear of other things. I’m hoping it was just the flight, and not anything wrong with the console. I just got it a week ago.

Confirmed, Happened to me now after finishing several weapon drills. Tried to go back to main menu and had the black screen with the loading circle in corner. Console just froze and then it completely powered off.
Some further clarifications regarding this, I am running 1440p 120hz on my console settings and Performance mode in Halo Infinite.
The shutdowns also occurred in normal matchmaking when I was joining a match in 5man party.
PS. Also I encounter many different application crashes that booted me to Home when I was trying to join in progress and also in pre and post games loadings
