Anyone else think that Chief sounded like he was narrating here? Just the way he says it. It doesn’t sound like he’s talking to blue team, sounds like he’s narrating lol

Seems like he’s talking to Blue Team, expressing concern for the fact that the console or whatever system was controlling them (Cortana ) was expecting his presence.
