Will the Console Forge get mouse and keyboard support? Is it even possible with the Xbox One?

I doubt it ever will. Keyboard and mouse has much more precision than a controller can ever offer and would offer an unfair advantage to those using it.

I’m talking about Forge, It will make Forging on Console so much easier.

The entire point of Halo 5: Forge on PC is to allow use of mouse & keyboard.

Unlikely they’ll bring K+M support to console while that exists.

Pretty sure the point to bring it to PC is to bring more players to try out Halo 5, and another reason is you can Forge on the move with a Laptop, But for people like me who have computers that aren’t for gaming that can’t run Forge, being able to use Forge with a Mouse and Keyboard would help a lot.
