Console edition armor?

Is there a chance that we can get the fotus armor without buying the console edition?
Like recon in halo 3, you had to got al the vidmasters.

Not sure about FOTUS being available, but some of the other pre-orders are supposed to be in a DLC pack that you can get later on after release. I hope that’s true as I want them all, including FOTUS. BTW, FOTUS = Fist of the Unicorn Skin

Fist of the Unicorn was the band on the Pillar of Autumn. There is a poster hanging in the very first level of CE/CE Anniversary that shows the name of the band.
