How are you getting Halo 5? Are you opting for the console? The limited edition? Standard? Collector’s? Both? Personally I am getting both the console and the collector’s edition (post deployment money and selling an old console to a friend). Just curious what the community is buying.

I’m getting the console, it looks amazing! I’ve been holding off on buying an Xbox One until now.
Limited + elite controller, I don’t need a statue collecting dust, I rather buy REQ packs

Digital limited edition and then an Elite controller. No point in a physical disc for the XBox One, since, unlike PS4, you install the whole game to the hard drive anyways, making the disc just a thing that you need to get up to put in every time you want to play the game. (Assuming you swapped out the disc with another game.)
The halo 5 console, the normal edition, the limited edition, the collector edition, the master chief controller, the art of halo 5, the strategy guide… I think that’s all, for now…
I had the LCE preordered, but went console instead. I don’t really need another statue and i have the triforce brute plasma rifle preordered. Plus I need more Xbox space and a new controller, so it works out.

Digital because it’s cheaper. A younger me would have been all over the extra stuff that the Collector’s Editions came with, but I don’t need all the fancy bells and whistles. I just want to play the game.

Where is digital cheaper?
Limited edition
Console + standard game separately, unless the limited edition console is cheaper than that and it is still available by the end of the year.
