Console Aim Assist is not working.

All day yesterday while playing during both windows, I was having a massive issue trying to aim and land shots on enemy players. Playing around just a bit ago I realized that my problem is that I have no aim assist (I am on console).

To test this, I stopped moving my thumbstick with an enemy player near my reticle, and sure enough at varying distances with different weapons, there was no movement at all of the reticle. I went into the training area to test it on the bots who are less spaztastic in their movements and same thing, my reticle was stagnant.

Thanks for sharing the video; that is a perfect example of what is happenening to me.
