Its simple; you go on Halopedia, you look at all of the numbers of canon S-IIIs that we know of, and you make one that hasn’t been taken yet. Double-check with Halo Fanon to be sure. Then give em some backstory, a few quirks, explain why they’re still alive if they’re from Alpha or Beta, then polish em off with an armor design.
From the looks of your bio, you’ve already taken quite a few of those steps. It needs a bit of buffing and some depth to it but its a good start. Also, no S-III knows their last name so feel free to cut that loose.
And then if someone from a clan asks you what your S-III is you bury them in so much lore they implode like a neutron star.
