Connection Problems or Server Problems?

So I installed my Halo Reach game on my Xbox One with a new profile days ago. I played the campaign, matchmaking and firefight as always, I’d level up like it use to do. But yesterday:

  • My rank, credits, and armor disappeared, I was a Warrant Officer and now I’m a recruit again, with my default "Spartan V " armor and all. When I go to customization, It show’s my spartan’s ODST armor & show’s that I’m still a Warrant Officer, but still, when I play, my spartan uses the default armor and show’s that I’m a recruit in the lobby. [/li][/list]
    - Then, when I go to MATCHMAKING, it doesn’t load up, it says "connecting to Halo Reach servers" but it never does anything, I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes but anything happens.
    <strong>What happened? Why my spartan is wearing the default armor? Why I’m a recruit again? Why I can’t play Matchmaking?</strong>
  • note: An Xbox360 game saves it’s progress to the cloud storage when it’s played on the XboxOne (Xbox One owners know about this)*

Same here, I’ve had Halo Reach on XBOX ONE for ages now and from last night I’m having the same problem.Won’t connect to multiplayer and says “Playlist data pending download…” Nothing happens for ages.
I know it’s not my internet as I can still play other online games…Mortal Kombat XL as I type.
Thinking it’s Halo servers…glad it’s not just me.

Also, it looks like we are all recruit level…Haha. ( I’ve leveled out at Inheritor ).

…Because I couldn’t get my last Reach achievement I shut the servers down until someone remotely unlocks my last achievement…

Guys servers are back !

I turned them back on… But I will turn them off again when you least expect it…
