I was playing arena and I lost the connection to the match. Ithe has happened regulary and now I’m banned for 8 hours. Later I was playing warzone and also lost my connection, loosing a banshee ultra and a tank. What can I do?
These may not help, but its worth a try:
- Make sure your internet is working correctly. Reset it. Try an ethernet cable as it may give you better connection than your wifi.
- Hard reset your xbox by holding power button and letting it turn off. Unplug power source for 30 seconds. Turn xbox back on after reseting internet.
- Try a different search preference. Maybe focused will give you a better connection and less lag.
Worth a shot, not really an expert on this matter.

I’m having the same issue with warzone as well. I either JIP into a landslide loss or get near the end of a win (or close game) and lose connection to the server. Throw in the REQs, boosts, and progress towards commendations lost in the wash and you get a frustrating experience that makes me not even want to waste my time. Oh yeah and this has been a fairly common problem since launch.
