so ive been trying to get into arena now for about an hour and everytime i get this exact message “Connection Lost - You have been disconnected from the local network.” Does anyone know how to fix this?
This is really frustrating i just finished an exam and cant play for the rest of the week and have the house to myself for some serious multiplayer and then this happens. Also its my only game because i bought the bundle!!! :’(
It’s called your internet connection. Please tell me people are going to start whining about this now. I had the problem a few minutes ago, you know what I did? Unplugged and re-plugged in my router. Now it’s fine. You’re welcome.
Started having this problem more and more often, and I know its not my internet connection. The first time I just played some campaign instead, and when I tried again later it was work. Lately I just take it as a sign I should play something else or watch a movie.

I just played the whole of campaign start to finish and tried again and still doesnt work i havent been able to play a single match today!!!
This has been happening to me too, but I always just quit the game and restart it and that usually does the job. It was very common when I was playing this weekend.

Its called, don’t post if you don’t know what you are talking about so you don’t look like a tool.
Not only is this a big issue (and no its not my and I’m sure many others internet connections) we keep getting either kicked from ongoing matches or we cant find them at all because we “loose” connection to their servers.
Now explain to me oh master of internet knowledge, how come this issue is happening ONLY with H5 multiplayer? because once i got kicked for the 4rth time and was done with it I went back and played Destiny and had no connection issues whatsoever, then I played some BF4 AND Hardline and still no disconnections, tried Halo 5 again and you guessed it “can not connect to servers”
Now please oh please TELL ME its my internet connection and have a solid argument to back up your claims.
I was also having issues yesterday and the night before. I stumbled on a thread theorizing that it might be due to an Xbox One bug dealing with their implementation of UPnP and instant on.
The fix is to turn off instant on and then reset your console. Once I did that it was fixed for me.
Having same issues, I’ve been trying to play co-op with friends. Everything starts fine and then 5 mins. in “Lost Connection to Servers”, I’ve reset my router, my system as well and still it happens again…or I can’t get back in because it’s looking for server.
I have the same issues, I will be playing and get kicked out for lost network connection. Also I will be in party chat and not loose communications with my team.

I agree something happened with the latest update that won’t allow me to finish the game. I’m playing Campaign Solo on Legendary. About half way through Genesis it booted me from the game and returned me to the home screen. Now every time I try to start the game back up it sends me to the title screen. Very frustrating. Haven’t been able to play for a few days now.
I started experiencing this issue last night. I never lets me play more than three minutes of a game before kicking me off. I reset my internet, Xbox, and directly hooked my system up to my router and nothing has worked. Tried again today and the problem persists. Switched over to Gears of War and I played online just fine. So its not my internet or Xbox Live, its something with Halo.
