Getting kicked from ranked, social, or wz matches on a consistent basis daily even after a year after halo 5’s release…and I have an open NAT and very good Internet.
Still not understanding why this still happens consistently.

I never used to get disconnected, but ever since the monitors Bounty update I get disconnected constantly in all game modes and it appears I’m not the only one. 343 / Microsoft really need to address this seeing as how this is their Flagship game.
I’ve been playing since Halo CE and I can tell you right now I am done with Halo 5 until they fix their servers. It’s unplayable to me and many others now in its current state. I live in Ontario, Canada as well.
My advice, is post a lot on support forms and stop playing Halo 5 and play something else. Maybe then they will get the message.
I started having issues when they added search options and every update to fix server issues created issues I wasn’t having that they were ment to have just fixed.
When the game came out it was perfect I had no issues at all.
I even started to think halo 5 was killing my Xbox one and that it was the reason every thing was going down hill.
I used to have this problem and i powered off my xbox before playing halo 5 and it worked for me.
In almost every Halo 5 multiplayer match I’m in, my screen will freeze for two or three seconds periodically, making ranked playlists unplayable. I have 150mps download speed and 6mps upload speed. This shouldn’t be happening. Every other game game I play online runs perfectly. Someone please help
