Since the update I have had issues with connecting into games. It is random as sometimes I can play 2 or 3 games before it gives me problems or it can be the first game. It will show 8 people in the lobby for matchmaking and the map won’t load. The game music and sound mutes as well. The game freezes and I have to go to my home screen and quit out of the game. My brother who lives with me has had no issues. Not sure what is causing the issue but it has been frustrating. My gamertag is XxHrKingxX and I would appreciate some help from a member of the 343 staff.

You know, I’ve had issues too! I have good internet but sometimes I will play like three Arena/warzone games fine and it just randomly either kick me out right before the end, or just crash my game for some reason. This thread is old I think, but these random lag issues just happen to everyone regardless
i believe its just due to a surge of players playing the game, every since the update i have seen more players for my friends list being online and active. luckily though in the case of being banned, being kicked from a game due to “losing connection from the dedicated servers” does not show up as a game an does not count as a DNF.
