Connection Interrupted

so I have +13 hours playing reach on pc since yesterdey, today my brother and i try to play together, both purchased the game thru steam, since that both of us cant enter any match, apparently only one of us can play at the same time, even if both of us are in separated accounts,
What should we do? i dont think it has something to do with the NAT
we are using the same internet.

Who is your internet provider? I know there is an issue with AT&T modems that will not allow two devices to connect to XBL.

Im from mexico, its named IZZI, and the router is ARRIS

I’m having the same issue with my friends.I have Consolidated internet, this is the only game that does this. I live in Texas, I have my brother and 2 roomates who also play. We can’t play online together. Please let me know if a fix is found.

I have the same brand of modem. Arris BGW210-700. From what I’ve experienced and read online is that the modem does not allow for multiple devices to connect to XBL (which Reach PC uses) with a wired connection. UPnP is not supported by these modems. I had the same issue trying to use two Xbox consoles.

Only fix I’ve found is to run all but one wirelessly or you need to get your own managed WiFi router that allows for UPnP or similar protocol.

I make it work, I don’t know if was opening the ports because I try a lot off stuff,
If something I opened this ports:
88 UDP
3074 UDP and TCP
53 UDP and TCP
80 TCP
500 UDP
3544 UDP
4500 UDP

Yeah I’m having the same issue with my roommate and we have Spectrum.

I had the same issue while trying to play with my brother. One of us using an IP hider solved the problem for us, hope that helps

So you used a VPN service? In case you did which one?

We used one called surfshark, it’s a paid one but there is probably a free trial available iirc.

Having the same problem as well. Happens with Halo 5 too. Didnt use to be like this. Was super exited for Reach, hosted a lan party, ended up with all of us playing seperate games.

Edit. Reseting my router seemed to have solved the problem for now

This has been constantly happening to me for the past few days, can’t play a single match in any of the games, and this was not happening for me until this recent update, bugging the life out of me

Having the same problem.

me and my friend have a separate copy, steam account and computer to play on. only one of us is able to get into a game and the other is told “connection interrupted”.

Tired installing the language pack dlc then verifying the files, neither worked.

Edit: the person that got the error was always the same person when we connected then the weird thing is after installing language packs all that ended up happening was, the other person was now consistently getting the connection error.

Update: still not working at all! Can’t play with roommate, fix this bungie

I was able to fix my issue. Not sure if you are still having the same problem. Follow part 5: step 3 on this page for “set a static Teredo port”. Xbox Support
