Hi there. I have an issue currently with the MCC on PC. Whenever I get into a matchmade game I am immediately forced to leave due to the connection supposedly being interrupted. I am currently revalidating my files to see if that fixes it, but on the off chance it doesn’t, are there any known solutions for this bug? Thank you in advance for any and all help offered.
Edit: I can’t even test if it’s working post verification because I’ve been banned from matchmaking temporarily for disconnecting. Thanks 343.
From the Halo Support site:
For the first three issues below: if you encounter them, please submit a ticket with info including a timestamp for when the issue happened, the game mode, and the map. This will help us investigate them further:
- Rarely, a player can be disconnected from matchmaking after loading the map but before the gameplay starts. This also results in a short temporary matchmaking ban. - Rarely, players can be “dropped” mid-match and are stuck on a loading screen until the match ends. - Players can be kicked from matchmaking with a “Leaving…” notification as soon as the lobby is full.
