Hello, I recently tried to install the Anniversary map pack but as the maps were downloading I lost my internet connection. Now I can’t redeem the code, even though the map pack did not fully download the maps. Does anybody have any ideas as to what I could do/try next? Surely 343i must have known that some people may have issues like this? I can’t seem to find a support no/email on here. I’ve already contacted Microsoft, to no reply.
