Connection Errors both Halo Wars 2 and Defiinitive

I have had some problems with connecting to the Halo Wars 2 online services where the game connects and disconnects repeatedly over and over meaning that I cannot access the online multiplayer. On Halo Wars Definitive edition, when I try to play online multiplayer, I says ‘Waiting for Xbox Live’ and I cannot do anything else apart from going back. I can’t access anything else related such as the Halo Waypoint website and other Halo games. I can only type this currently because for some strange reason I can connect to all the Halo services fine after 9pm so that’s why I am typing this post as quickly as possible. I started having this problem on the 6/4/17 when I came back from a holiday for a week. Before going away, the game worked perfectly and I had no problems with it. Also, my PC has the right specifications to play the game with it having a:

  • i5 6600 - 16GB RAM - GTX 1060 6GB - Windows 10 Operating SystemThe problem isn’t my internet either since I can access other websites such as YouTube fine and play other games that require internet fine as well however, as soon as I load up Halo Wars 2, Halo Wars Definitive edition, the Halo Waypoint website or any other Halo related service it just doesn’t work. Since I bought the game on the Windows Store, I tested Halo Wars 2 on my Xbox One and had the exact same problem as my PC version which means that the game surly cannot be corrupted or have any other problem and must be some connection/network error. I even tried to test going on the Halo Waypoint website on a laptop device but still had the same problem furthermore, I tried connecting on two different mobile devices but still had the same problem on both of them. After that, I tried using mobile data on my phone instead of using my local WiFi network but STILL had the same problem even though they are two different internet service providers with my WiFi service being ‘Sky’ and my mobile data service being ‘iD’.

Furthermore, I tried going to another area to make sure that it wasn’t just the area having some sort of bad connection but again still had the problem. After all this, I had rang Microsoft and Xbox and told them this problem I am having with them saying that it must be the Halo servers having problems. I just posted this to see if anyone has any solutions or anything else to say which could help. I have tried looking around for solutions but I cannot seem to pin-point an exact answer to this problem. Please post anything that could help me in this problem I would really appreciate it. Thanks.
