I am having a problem where either myself, on PC, or my friend, on Xbox, will get dropped from the match while it is loading (the scoreboard not even showing a name), resulting in a ban. This happens exclusively when in a party together, otherwise there are no issues playing matches with cross-platform players. Neither of us are restricting crossplay from the options menu, of course.
This is becoming really frustrating, as it is utterly impossible to play the game together with how consistently one of us gets kicked. We can search for a game at the same time and get put in the same lobby and have it play out with no problems, when we’re lucky enough to get matched, but absolutely not as a party.
I really don’t understand why this is happening, so any pointers or suggestions would be appreciated.
