So I finished a match of breakout (5-0), and then my screen went black. I had apparently lost connection, then I got a Ban notice. Screen stayed black, so I rebooted the game and then it told me the time that I was banned, 13:06! Bad enough that I got banned because of a connection loss, then I get 13;06 for it? I talked to Microsoft Support earlier and they told me to post on the forums. So, this is it.

You can’t appeal bans. You don’t really have any recourse.
