Connecting to transport service (PC)

I’ve been trying to play some matchmaking for about an hour but every time I try to enter it, the game says “Connecting to transport service. Please Wait.”
Except this never actually goes anywhere and is just stuck on that message forever. I can cancel it but that doesn’t help at all. I had this problem around when reach came out but it seemingly fixed itself then. Any advice?

I had this issue and the way I found to fix it was by clicking on my name and hitting switch accounts and then just logging back in, after I relogged it worked fine. Hope that works for you man

I am currently having the same issue. oinly difference is when i sing out then back in i still get the same error. i was on MCC earlier today. no updates happen, i did try to restart my computer and the steam client. i have uninstalled it and reinstalled it. also signed in with an alt account and same issue.

I also am not having any success with signing out and signing back in. I have tried restarting my game, my computer, and my router along with fully reinstalling the game and the error is still occurring.

I was just playing matchmaking yesterday. Very frustrating. Please advise

Same problem. I already reinstalled the game, restarted my computer, logged in/out of the game. What should I do now?
