I hadnt encountered this issue before this new update but every time i try to get in a multiplayer match it gives me this message of connecting to servers please wait it just locks me out most times but if im fortunate enough i get in the lobby menu and after a couple of seconds it says you were removed from matchmaking due to an inability to retrieve player information please check your connection and try again later. Thing is i have no network problem because i can play star wars battlefront 2 with no problem. Anyone else struggling with this issue? Im on xbox one btw.
Try hard resetting your Xbox One console. This works for me whenever I encounter this.

I’ve actually done this several times the end result is the same
Update: i’ve reinstalled the game still no fix, pity mcc still has connection issues after five years. Hopefully infinite wont have these issues.
