Connecting session...failed...searching, players..

Hi!

My NAT is “open”, and I have reset my Xbox one, along with my modem and router just to be sure. However, in any Match-Making mode, I get this message while trying to connect:“Players found…searching… Connecting session…failed…searching…unable to join”. Has anyone else experienced this?
