Connecting Halo Reach to Waypoint

So. I just realized on my Waypoint. It says I haven’t played Halo Reach. It does the same with some other Halo games but I’m mainly bothered about Reach. I have played it and really want it to be on my record but it isn’t showing up.
Even just got out my 360 to load up Reach again to see if it would fix it but it hasn’t. Any advice?

Sounds like it could be this common issue among legacy titles:

> If you’re here because Waypoint is telling you that you haven’t played a particular game, then your service records will be out of sync. This usually happens if you have changed your gamertag since you last played one of the older games (Halo3, ODST, Reach) and is relatively simple to fix.

Ah I see well that’s simple enough. I will give it a try. Thank you @Impobable Dee

Didn’t save the look of my character for some reason but its there now. Thank you so much

Glad to help.
They stopped rendering Reach character models ages ago, so I’m afraid whatever armour you have on it now is what you’re stuck with.
MCC Reach will hopefully bring with it an updated Waypoint system, but I expect the 360 version to stay as is.

Glad this was an easy fix. Most of the issues in this forum section are quite annoying to deal with/fix.
