From the bottom of my heart, i just want to show my appreciation for how well you have handled the Halo title. Less than 24 hours after gaining control of the Halo 3 servers, you manage to screw up ranks and experience for EVERYONE. Bungie had everything running smoothly for 5 years straight, looks like you guys are having trouble reaching 5 days. Great work over there at 343!
All the negativity in these forums are crazy. As far as I know this is the only game title this big that has such a radical change in ownership. I’m sure that they are working their best to get things sorted out. Like the post above me, I agree and say that you have to have patience.
Winning 10 games of Team Slayer at level 32 playing 35 to 40’s being in first or second place on my team, but not getting XP or Skill? Really a fun time. Thanks 343. Did I mention the terrible connection during those games? Me and my friends were having a hard time killing the enemy with such weird lag. Also getting rid of a Halo 3 medal chest? Really cool guys. Once again thanks 343.

You need to relax man. Go play some Pokemon and cool off. 343i is taking on an ENORMOUS amount of work and a franchise that has defined video games for the last 10 years. There are going to be issues, I’m sure they are working like mad men to fix it.
Put yourself in check and calm down. They’re not perfect but they know what they are doing. Chill out

You should have stopped playing after the second game if you were worried about EXP or rank. I was playing for 3 hours and had zero lag. 343i didn’t get rid of the medal chest, Bungie did when they decided to stop updating the game history.

Also, you need to chill. Seeing as you haven’t been playing Halo 3 since it came out, you wouldn’t know anything about the ranking system. ITS ALWAYS BE TOUGH! It took my 47 CONSECUTIVE wins, in Double Team, as a Brigadier, to go from a 49 to a 50.
I don’t know what everyone is flipping out over. Halo has defined the gaming for the last 10 years and has a MASSIVE following, none of us can even fathom how much data needs to be transferred and orgainzed and the unearthly amount of stress 343i is going through. Everyone needs to chill out and stop blaming 343

Wow… 24 hours and you rant about it?
343i just got final control, and they have a ton of things to work and sort out. Don’t you exect things would be a bit shaky?
You just became President (US). You just got a massive stack of papers. An important letter is in the middle of the stack. Of course you start going through the papers from the top, sorting it all out. There are so many papers, it takes you a couple days to get through it. Would you think its fair if the person who sent you the letter, the one you haven’t reached, called you and started yelling at you because after 24 hours in one of the most stressful jobs you haven’t gotten to his letter?
