Congrats to 343! But man, hats off to thatgamecompany for Journey. Journey practically swept the award show. It even won the online award over COD and Halo! Which surprised me!

Journey is amazing, So is flow and flower, the other games they made, They really deserved it. Pretty funny seeing all the Cod rag comments about it haha
The comment section was hilarious. All the raging fanboys and those who were bashing Journey when they never even played it.

i like how making a shiny game gets you an award, halo 4 deserves nothing. its a decent game but not award winning. also the last year in gaming sucked balls

Just so you know, the DICE awards are voted for and given out by peers, so it’s people in the same industry. So that kinda gives incentive to who deserves and award and who doesn’t.

I think one which I actually think COD should of gotten would be the matchmaking one, Their servers have so much traffic, allot more then Halo. It’s good 343 got it. But that doesn’t change the fact matchmaking sucks in AUS/NZ still.
the servers in H4 blow, plauged by black screen and drop in/ drop out madness.

Did you play Journey, fez or dishonored?
When I look at the connectivity I initially thought, hmmmm, but then I realised Waypoint xbox game/app, website, phones, tablets, SPOPS networking, campaign coop and war games too with JiP etc.
Overall I can see how that adds up to award winning. Sure there were some bugs and missing features but I use Waypoint more than I ever did B.net and across more devices. B.net sucked on a windows phone and wasn’t much better on iPads either.
The graphics award is very well deserved. I am very keen to see Halo 5 on next generation hardware.

They have done a good job with this game, no doubt about, sure there are flaws, but flaws are fixable. They don’t deserve all the insults they’ve been getting.
