Ok, so I will admit I’ve quit games because of bull **** (Usually games that It seems like someone is hacking) but I haven’t left an arena game in a while and I just had left one 2 games ago because of that reason and went straight to Warzone after joining a private party so I don’t have to listen to people in Warzone. So after the last match I had just played (Which was Warzone) I got the notification that I had been banned from Arena game modes for 18 minutes, I’m sorry but why was I banned? I’m fairly sure I haven’t left an Arena game mode for a while but I do take some long breaks between playing Halo 5 because friends don’t want to play. Still though, why was I banned from Arena and why for my first offense was i banned for 18 minutes? I’ve heard of other players just being banned for less than 5 minutes for their first time, so If someone could help me out in figuring out why I got banned that’d be great.

Completely unrelated to what you are saying but do you ever play a game and feel like your hacking. Like I’ve played some swat and it feels like I’m using aimbot it’s great

Once when I first started playing and wasn’t use to the new aim system yet, but other than that time I’m sort of an average player, I’m not in the top 4 a lot. In this case the player was sprinting faster than everyone else and was able to keep sprinting while strafing and he had the top player kills in the match, I just didn’t want any of it and left. And what I mean by the sprinting while strafing, the player was moving at sprint speed while going left and right (not at all back/forward) and was able to use his boost charge within seconds of just using it.
sometimes it takes a game or two for the banhammer to kick in from your offense. And who cares about being banned for 18 min, play another warzone match and boom your time is done.

Honestly it was probably the armor ability upgraded thrusters. I use it and it makes you run way faster and give you super fast thruster charge and and you can strafe and full speed it’s great. But if you’re talking about arena then I don’t know.

Yeah, it was in arena mode, and I understand “It’s just 18 minuites just play a warzone game” but still, I shouldn’t have been banned for leaving one game since the last time i left it had been a while.

I will answer your question with a question. If you robbed a liquor store a year ago, but the cops just found proof yesterday, do you still deserve to go to jail? The same thing happened to me, I just sucked it up and kept playing Warzone, but I have lived in the presence of the banhammer for 9 years.
