Any other UK players confused by the (lack of) specializations?
All the info I found online says that US based players playing before Nov20th got all hte specializations, and so did all the ones who could afford the Limited Edition version of the game…
Others only get access to Wetwork and Pioneer.
Meanwhile, here in the UK, I got Wetwork and Operator specializations, and I have maxed them out today…
When will new specializations appear for us? No idea!?
It would appear that only the AMericans are worthy of such things, and the rest of us can (insert expletive of choice)…
If anyone has any news on this subject for UK based gamers, please let us know…
I have no news on this; however i feel the need to emphasize your point to any reading - THERE IS NO POINT IN UK OR EU PLAYING HALO 4 AFTER REACHING SR70 - If we do carry on playing, we waste XP awarded for comendations that would normally contribute to us leveling up.
If 343i need any evidence of how big an issue of this, I would like to point out the CONSIDERABLE drop in EU players I have met through multiplayer since the beggining of December, and though I am aware it will pick up as of today (Christmas), I beleive many potential players have been lost to the likes of Black ops 2 where their is no discrimination or obstruction in advancement of player abilities or characteristics purely because of locale.
If access is not granted to specializations and higher leveling within a couple of weeks, then you will also have lost those people playing as of today, who will also reach SR70, and see no point in contiuning. Halo is a game franchise that has a legacy because of the immense and immersive universe that Bungie created, and a BIG part of that universe was the fantastic multiplayer.
343i; you have not only managed to allow Halo to be outpaced by the likes of Black Ops 2 (for which specialisations and prestiege are available for ALL players); It alsmost appears as if you have allowed this to happen KNOWINGLY?
PLEASE do not allow OUR (the fans) much loved game franchise die out in the interests of either marketing or poor management - whichever is to blame - because as statistics roll in about who plays what, and Halo drops of the radar in the EU and UK, we worry this will affect the development of future titles.
If you have read this, thenk you for taking the time to do so.
It’s not like commendations give a ton of XP anyway, only a few games’ worth. There’s also this really crazy concept of playing a game because you enjoy the gameplay, and not solely for ranking up.

It’s funny that almost all the people who say this are 70+ themselves. Thus they are not affected by the problem and don’t care.
Continuing playing a game even after completing the ranks is normal yes. But can you really consider it normal to block out more than half of your user base from obtaining these ranks at all.
I mean which idiot thought that it would be okay to stop people from progressing further than 70. While It’s own country(USA, 343i is an USA company) is allowed to go to 130.
Explain to me and the others who have asked this question over and over again, how is that fair for everyone outside of the USA!? Besides isn’t discrimination illegal in the USA? Atleast in Europa it is.
Edit:
Probably will get banned for using the word idiot :\
As always, UK thinks to be superior… Maybe you don’t know that also resto of Europe is in the same situation? Your posts are discriminatory to the EU players.

Nah not really - its normal human behavior to look at their own situation first.
I’m from the UK, commented for Europe as a whole in countless threads and gave my spec code to someone in Romania.
Yes, but when I was asking about codes, I never said “Italy didn’t recive it”, as well as I never saw threads about France or Germany being -Yoinked!- up (only examples, anyway there always have been “Europe”) Only Uk writes as it’s different XD
UK, Europa it doesn’t really matter at the moment. That’s another discusion.
The fact still stands that Europeans(and possible other countries) are without spec codes. And 343i/MS chooses to completely ignore them, together with some USA/AUS people who still haven’t gotten their codes.
The only thing that is happening right now are moderators/admins pointing people to a locked thread and claiming that the problem is solved. While it clearly isn’t. But hey thinking outside of the orders from above can be hard at times
