Got an email a few days ago confirming I would be in the flight. I have not received a Halo Waypoint message/notification or an email with codes or instructions.
If a moderator or staff sees these please make the issue known to those who can fix it.
To fellow members of the community, I know it feels like your weekend is ruined but it’s not worth crying about. It sucks that 343i hasn’t delivered what they said but they don’t actually owe us anything until December.
Same here so you aren’t alone. I work weekends and didn’t get to play much last flight due to the late launch of the flight. I was hoping this wouldn’t be an issue this time but with school later today then work at 6am on Friday I don’t think that I will get to play much again.
Also on another note they may be activating it in the afternoon like last time and are sending out emails in waves to not flood email servers…

Yeah same here. Got the invite email but nothing else. Nothing in the Way point, nothing in the Xbox Insider app either. How do I even download this thing to play it? Not looking good…

Same. Received email a few days ago but nothing on waypoint since. I started up the Halo Infinite from last month (still have it installed on my series x) and prompted me to download a 20GB update. However when I tried playing I got an “account not authorized”, like i did last time. And just like last time I went back into the Xbox insider Hub and chose “leave preview” but this time i was not able to rejoin… in fact now the preview is not even in the “available” column.
Hopefully we get waypoint messages soon but perhaps we wont this time since waypoint was a cause of a huge traffic jam back in July.
Can anyone confirm if they were able to download the Infinite Insider 20GB update and whether they even see it listed in the available previews in the Hub?

Yes I had a 23.6 GB download on my XSX it’s still there for me. It’s gonna tell you your not authorize to play cause the flight has not started yet. when the flight goes live you’ll be able to click on it and load up infinite.

I hope you guys realize the email you get is basically saying “Congrats for getting a seat at the table! Now, you just gotta wait for your dinner to be prepared and brought out…” Literally, we just need to wait. Just keep checking your email at least 2-3 times a day. That’s really all you can do.

From what I’ve read they’ll be hopefully sending codes in the evening of today the 23rd because the multiplayer doesn’t start until tomorrow the 24th.
( Don’t quote me on it I read it off of some article from Google )
My guess would be because they wanna give as many people enough time to download the game before they make the multiplayer live.

OKay so I realize now I was 24hrs early!!! I live overseas (12hr timezone difference from PT) sometimes it’s easy to get the dates mixed up.
Thanks for this tho! I hope this delay isn’t a big deal. I can only imagine how hard it is to get all this to run on different platforms.
Man I’m just sad, I really wanted to play infinite’s flight since I wasn’t picked for the first one
still no key here either 
was hoping i get to play this time last flight i got a key but the game never started i just kept looking at the infinit game ready to play but never start but it was the same last time my key didnt appear for another like 12-15 hours after every one else
