Yes, it was one of the best maps from halo 4.
Nice, one of the better maps from H4. Now we just need Ricochet, hopefully it’s in the Sack.
This is how to do a remake 343! They took one of the better pre-existing maps, and updated the appearance and architecture DRASTICALLY while maintaining the classic shape and a couple of iconic map pieces (like the floating forerunner symbol/machine just outside the open part of the map is still there but is revolving in a religious/worship-esque altar.
TL:DR, they are bringing back a great map, and they made it look damn beautiful without rehashing or destroying it.
Temple looks better than Sanctum to me. I mean aestetics.

Haven was awesome. The fact that they removed the obnoxious sun above open ramp makes me even more excited to play on this.
Cool. Haven was definitely the most iconic map in Halo 4.
I am hyped for haven. But did you guys see this? Tell me that this photo isn’t the ODST pistol. Because it sure isn’t the Gunfighter magnum

Normally I would agree but I for one am glad it’s a remake of Haven. It’s not a remake of something like BloodGulch or Valhalla that we’ve seen in almost every game to date. Haven was barely from Halo 4 and if there was anything good to pick from that game it was this map.
And at least it’s not another remix…

This. Haven was the best map hands down to come from Halo 4, nice to see it return even sexier than before!
I have to say that the map does look pretty amazing. It’s so much more refreshing over the constant sterile looking UNSC maps.

I may not like Halo 4 very much (or even Halo 5 for that matter), but credit where credit is due. Haven was a fantastic map. If it were in any other Halo game, I think it would’ve fit well alongside classic maps like Lockout, Guardian, Midship, Construct, etc. I also think the Halo 5 remake of Haven looks gorgeous, so props to 343 for that one.
And people say the anti-Halo 5 crowd can’t say nice things about Halo 5.
I had no idea this map was a haven remake. But now that I know that I say cool beans.
