Cone'd emblem glitched

the Cone’d emblem is glitched up and will not unlock the system thinks I have all the uncommon tier reqs but I don’t I still need the cone’d emblem and the req packs are not giving it to me.

I think Cone’d is awarded for completing the SPNKR kills commendation, level 5, not pulled from Req Packs.

I am guessing that because,

  1. it is the only emblem I have not unlocked from that update
  2. SPNKR Rocket launchers were added the same update as Cone’d
  3. SPNKR has its own kill commendations
  4. All level 5 commendation completions award an emblem
  5. I have not filled the SPNKR kills commendation

Although most reward emblems are Rare, Geronimo (ground pound kill commendations reward) is uncommon, the same as Cone’d.

Can confirm. I recieved “cone’d” from SPNKR commendations.
