It is tied to the Spnkr weapon commendation.

You have to complete the SPNKR commendation

Thanks dude, have always used the cone zen let in previous halos as its a reference to one of my favourite shows. Gotta get spnkering now :slight_smile:

That would be pretty good, i finally got the cone emblem but i was confused for a while not knowing what the cone emblem was got from

Its the only one of that rarity level I dont have…
…and just happens to be the one I want the most…

Well thanks for clearing this up, I thought it was the splatter commendation (in a way it makes sense).
