When are we going to see a real one?

Rotational - Extraction, etc.
I’m sure I missed a few, but this is just an example of something I would like to see. None of this rotational Team Snipers, FFA Throwback, and Grifball nonsense. Make them permanent! These are completely within the capabilities of 343. Classic Team Slayer, for example, would have a complementary map variant that features weapon spawns with the following settings:
Loadouts: Disabled (Default: DMR/BR/AR)
Instant Spawn: Disabled
Personal Ordnance: Disabled
Sprint: Disabled
Armor Abilities: Disabled
Tactical Package: Resupply
Support Upgrade: Dexterity
The random ordnance drops of IS could be incorporated to reintroduce power-ups, like Overshield, though they would need to be static to promote map control. It might also be plausible to introduce Armor Abilities in the form of “equipment” (Halo 3) on the map, but they would only work one time; Regen and Active Camo come to mind. All of this is possible if 343 would put a little effort into it.
There is also another issue I would like to address regarding the upcoming CSR (Competitive Skill Rank). It was mentioned that 343 has been tracking the current CSR of each individual and plans to make the decision whether or not to reset everyone once they finalize the system. Well, you better reset everyone and make a separate playlist for ranked. Ranked playlists need to feature no Guest (split screen) and no JIP (Join In Progress). These two things alone make CSR a joke. Please do not further neglect your competitive community.
