Yesterday, a random Spartan from the other team in my matchmaking game randomly invited me to their game. I’m sure everyone gets random invites all the time, and I always end up ignoring them. Except this time. We ended up playing 4-way flag, in 4 teams of 2. I had the most fun playing Halo 5 that I’ve had in over a week.
Now, despite a few of Halo 5’s faults, the forge and custom game scene in 5 is flourishing, evidenced by the videos that Forgelabs showcases on YouTube. Unfortunately, most of my friends got a ps4 instead, so I don’t have any Halo 5 buddies to play custom games with.
I love Halo 5, but playing the same maps and gametypes over and over again in the super-competitive atmosphere that 343 created sometimes leaves no room for enjoyment. So, if anyone is a part of a Spartan Company/community/group of dudes that play a lot of custom games, can you please let me join? Thanks in advance!
