We would then get companies for Achilles and the other rewards they would give for companies thats sole purpose is to have people join get free armor others worked for then leave without having to do anything then we have a whole new problem basically if someone starts a company at the start of the game and they work to get the armor and someone starts playing the game later they would still have to start a company and work the same about as the guy who did it at the start.

Why do we not receive previously earned commendations if we can only earn them once? What is the point of this? It might be better if spartan companies could earn commendations past 5. Example, earning the level 5 reward over and over as many times as the company would like after they have already completed level 5(maybe there already is a system like this, I’m just unaware of its existence). That would give more incentive to stay in the company, rather than just leaving after you’ve gotten as many commendations as possible.

Sadly they discontinued the ability to join or leave Spartan Companies. I am not happy about that at all.
