Make up a completely useless REQ item that should never be added to the game.
Here’s mine: The Bungie AR, shoots a seven round burst which doesn’t kill a fully shielded Spartan and it only has 7 rounds in the magazine.
I guess its a way to really appreciate the good ones

Yeah, I suppose, even though so many people are convinced a large amount of them are terrible.
Nonlethal shotgun that just pushed people back instead of doing actual damage… But there’s still collision damage.
Anti-Shield Plasma Pistol- 3 shot burst shields, but does 0 damage to actual health
Underwater mongoose: Mongoose that functions only underwater. No gungoose variant.

But you have to watch out, because those space-sealed Mark Six armor pieces aren’t water-tight.

You can’t kill with your shotty…you have to kill them by knocking them into stuff.

Just do custom games with 0% weapon and mellee damage.
