Hello everyone I was wondering if there was anyway to reset halo 5 completely stats etc was looking for a contact number or email for 343 but turned up empty handed any help would be greatly appreciated hopefully I’m posting in the right spot
Why?
far as I know the only way to get a fresh start on stats is to make a different account to play on, I doubt 343 has the ability to just let people reset their stats so I don’t imagine emailing them would work. This is also their own forum so they “should” see your question. I’d possibly take this to the support section of the forum though.
You would have to make a different account I’m pretty sure.

That just uninstalls the game, it won’t reset his stats as when he installs the game again his character and stats will still be there.

I thought deleting his H5 saved data would reset his stats?

That’s the issue though, the stats are stored on an entirely different memory thing (since I don’t know the name). Pretty much you could get to SR 55 with a k/d if 1.0, delete the game, come back say 10 years later and install the game and everything will still be there. Far as I know only the games save points to the campaign and maybe the stuff you have saved in theatre mode/forge/customs would get deleted but not the stats or everything you unlocked.

I found a post by Stckrboy in a similar thread.
“Sorry OP, there is no way for this to be done. There has never been a Halo game released where either Bungie or 343i have offered the ability to reset account stats.”

When are ranks resetting?
Have you tried deleting your save data from everywhere? When you go to “Manage Game”, you should be able to see you save data. If you select it, and try to delete it, it should give you the option to delete just from console or from everywhere. Deleting from everywhere should remove it from whatever cloud storage it is at, which may totally reset your account (no promises).
