The past several BTB games that i’ve played have been complete one sided flops. Almost every game i’ve been in the games have ended in a complete blowout by one team with scores of 100-50 100-30 or 100-60 at best. These games are starting to become unfun, even when your on the dominant team. Is anybody else seeing these complete one sided BTB matches?
All the time. The social matching system in this game is terrible. I looked at my recent game history and I’m currently 11 wins and 26 losses in BTB since around the 17th of the month. During that time, I haven’t won two games in a row, but I’ll lose two or more games in a row all the time. Not to mention that you play full parties all the time because of no restrictions.
I’m seriously considering moving on to another game. The same thing happened in H4 with this type of matching and it also caused me to play something else because I was so tired of it.

The game we met up in last night was pretty close, and those games are the reason I keep playing. They are fun and exciting.
Yes, the mm system is a little off. Maybe because the population is so low. I won’t be changing games up anytime soon. I didn’t change up with Reach, Halo 4, or MCC. I guess I am just a Halo glutton.
People keep whining that they want social playlists. Well that is what happens in social. Good players party up with other good players and destroy randoms in btb. There is no rankings to keep the skill level close.

Even social playlists in H5 have hidden MMR. I’m pretty sure even WZ has hidden MMR.
I wish it was random.

Yes! OMG, I loved BTB when it was ranked. Great matches one after the other. Then, too many people complained, and look what we have now.
It is interesting what 343i chooses to change based on the feedback, and what they don’t change.

Cool to play against another WP’er. Sucks I didn’t recognize you since it’s a little more fun if I do see someone from here.
I agree that there are some close games, but I guess my main complaint is that it’s not fun when I feel like I’m constantly losing even if it’s social. Going on losing streaks is pretty common, but to get a winning streak I feel like I have to pray to the Halo Gods. I’d be fine with losing if it didn’t feel like it was a constant issue. It’d probably be better if there were more playlists that I was interested in to change things up, but there isn’t much that I want to play.
