Completely Lost Legendary Warzone RP Boost

Yeah, so I got my first ever legendary RP boost today. I activated the RP boost started a warzone game and before I reach the 2 minute mark, the game returns me to the warzone lobby without any sort of message / error message. My legendary RP boost is no longer there for me to use and I go no rewards whatsoever. I literally lost the only thing worthwhile from my gold pack. I looked this problem up and I see that a couple other people have had similar problems.

Now you might be thinking my internet failed, but that isn’t what happened. I went through the process of contacting Microsoft support and they told me there were no problems at all with my connection - and that it was a server problem. They also told me that there was nothing they could do on their end to refund/reimburse me for the loss (due to it being an in-game server item) and that my best bet was to post on this forum.

So I was just wondering, will the people in charge of the halo 5 servers actually do something about this? Is there a way for me to be refunded my boost that I was denied due to a server problem, or have I just lost my legendary Warzone RP Boost and a good chunk of my time?

I think we should all get a reimbursement for using extremely good warzone/arena boosts I lost 3 legendary warzone xp boosts due to being booted with out warning from a game whether it’s beginning middle or end of a warzone match.

Yeah, I’m going to seriously stop playing this game and recommend to other people to not play this game if this is not resolved. Although I don’t pay money for requisition packs, other people do, and it is unacceptable that you and I lose our hard earned boosts simply because there is a server problem - this doesn’t happen in hearthstone, league, etc…

Also the Microsoft customer service said that this would be resolved via the forums:

me: “so if not via microsoft support or the halo forums, how should i go about getting a refund?”

Microsoft customer service: " I am afraid, there isn’t any contact that I can provide you aside for the forums. I am 100% sure and positive that this will be resolve through the forums."
