After completing the solo campaign on Legendary my achievement still says 80% completed even though it says I completed it on my profile (https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-us/games/halo-5-guardians/xbox-one/service-records/players/whispy%20wiener).

Same here… I completed the campaign on legendary but my game progress is stuck at 93%.
Also, the achievement for completing mission 15 didn’t unlock.
The only solution I can think of is replaying the final mission on legendary.
The achievements suddenly unlocked for me last night.
So maybe just wait a day or two for the achievements to appear.
