Completed Legendary Solo but no achievement

Hello, I completed Halo 5 on Legendary today. Not that anyone cares but I spent a while playing a campaign on a difficulty too hard for me which wasn’t particularly great either way and I would like my 160 gamerscore please. Can anyone assist me please.

Achievement could be hung up in the servers and a hard reset usually helps that.
